Great Lawyer!

I had a dispute with my landlord and Jacob handled and facilitated everything for me. He was able to get compensation for my move to which I'm grateful. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.

God sent

I desperately needed to move out from a very domestic violent situation so between that and him knowing of a very rigid lease contract, I felt horribly trapped. I will NEVER forget finding attorney Jacob Iloulian in the midst of so much that was tearing me down, but the fact that it was after hours ...and he called me. He said "all you need is to do x,y and z," that in itself let me sleep in peace which gosh I needed. From there on he was so quick and precise to get me out of the situation am currently ready to move out from. I am telling you from the other reviews I read and total different cases, one thing I notice is for sure he is: quick to get back to you and precise with what he says. The fact that he made sure any of my concerns were answered is amazing. It shows his character as an attorney and am sure same in and outside of a courtroom.

"To the rescue" is an understatement!

On this past Saturday 11/9, I contacted the offices of Attorney Jacob Iloulian to get advice on how to handle a Civil lawsuit. Not only did he contact me right away, by the end of the day he had already reached out to the attorney for the other part with a plan. Attorney Ilouian explained what my ne...eds were and negotiated a deal that will suffice. He is quick, direct, so helpful and just unbelievably kind. Thank you so much Attorney Ilouian. What you've done for me I could have never done on my own in the short amount of time that it took you to make this situation go from bad to now I can breathe. I appreciate you so much! Attorney that care for you

Jacob assisted us with a settlement proposal. It is very difficult to find a very kind attorney in this time. He is very busy but he still assisted us regardless. We are grateful that he is a real estate attorney in LA!
