To everyone out there, I am not one to write reviews or recommend services. However Weinrieb is an exception. This guy will fight for you, no questions ask, a professional at heart and fights to get you the ultimate outcome as possible. My family and I are pleased to have hired him for my case. I was... put on Prop 36 for a drug charge. Never attended court and had to withdraw from my program to move to another state for the best of me. All the way out from Florida he helped me and was very patient, detailed and amazing to work with. He did not make me feel like the criminal I was made out to be, he understood my situation. He took the time to explain to me the details of what really can happen and what can be possible. He got me a trial date. I flew over to Los Angeles to attend my hearing and from the moment he walked in, I felt assured of his work. His representation and relationship with everyone in that court room was absolutely amazing, everyone seem to know him and felt comfortable compromising and working with him. Garret Daniel Weinrieb was referred to me by my brother. With the charge of a felony against me and to be on my record, I needed to take quick action and have an attorney by my side to avoid this charge from being on my record. So I seeked council from Mr. Weinrieb. I contacted his office and was see...n very promptly. When I met him I knew he was the right person to be representing me after discussing my case with him. After discussing the case to every detail. We came to an agreement that I wanted him to represent me. He was very professional in all aspects of my case and how we can go about getting my felony dropped. He was able to get P.C 1000, which is a deferred entry of judgement program where I was to do what the judge ordered of going to a 6 month class getting my class certification and than to appear in court 6 months later to show the judge the completion of my course. With that being done the judge gave me a year to be on good behavior as I did and on 12/20/2013 we appeared in court and the judge granted me early dismissal and the felony dropped from my record. I'm a new person to this day and i give it all to Mr. Weinrieb for representing me and doing everything he said when I first met him. I had a petty theft case in which I couldn't find a job, etc. When I walked in into Garret Weinrieb's office and disscussed about the case for 10 mins knew he would be able to expunge it.
