Although words cannot express my gratitude towards Garret weinrieb, I just want to take a moment and thank him for what he did for me and my mother. I had been accused of being part of a crime that someone else committed from almost 5 years ago that was hitting the statue of limitations. So as a last resort the arresting investigator padded my case to charge me & arrested me on several serious fraudulent felony counts. This was going to be a ted...ious pc & paper trail case that no attorney would want to touch. I was referred to Garret by my daughter. Being a white collar pc crime, Garret took his time to sit down with me & actually patiently listen to me as I explained how these specific state computers worked. He took the time to learn how the systems worked, he went over all rules & procedures for my department. Went through each count and accusation step by step with me & then listened to me on how it wasnt possible for these things to have been done in the computer base. He was extremely thorough & was able to grasp the process 100% and assured me that he could take care of it. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. He really went to bat for me with the DA. He gave it his all to make sure in no way was I found guilty of 3-4 felony counts. My health started to decline through the process and it was my choice to find alternatives to the length of this process due to the delay on the other parties attorneys end. Garret kept fighting for me and at the end after all his hard work, time and effort he was able to get me a Non moral turpitude misdemeanor with no probation at all.
