Ed Morgan is a litigation and trial lawyer who represents people that have suffered serious injuries, such as traumatic brain injuries, spine trauma and other catastrophic physical and emotional trauma. Ed believes developing a strong and trusting relationship with his clients, along with aggressive, persistent and unwavering advocacy on their behalf, are the keys to success.
Ed began his career as a litigation defense attorney where he defended major corporations and big insurance companies. As a defense attorney, Ed practiced at several prestigious defense firms, including one of the nation’s largest litigation firms. Despite his success and opportunity of becoming a partner at a large defense firm, Ed experienced little satisfaction in defending corporations and big insurance companies, whom he felt frequently took advantage of the little guy.
After working as a defense lawyer for several years, Ed decided to shift his focus on helping those people that were hurt, harmed and had their lives turned upside down due to someone else's careless or negligent actions. Ed's motivation and sense of joy comes from helping and guiding his clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
Ed has successfully represented clients involving automobile collisions, traumatic brain injuries, and other catastrophic physical injuries. In his first cases as a plaintiff's attorney, Ed recovered $1.65 million for his client that was involved in a serious trip and fall incident. As a plaintiffs' lawyer, Ed has already recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
Ed received his law degree from Southwestern Law School in 2010, where he was selected to the prestigious trial advocacy team. Ed graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
Ed is licensed to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ed is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
In 2017 Ed was named as a “Top Attorney” by Pasadena Magazine. In 2018, 2019 and 2020 Ed was named by Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star", an honor reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys in Southern California who exhibit excellence in practice. In 2018, 2019 and 2020 Ed was also recognized as a "Top 40 Under 40" lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers. Ed is conversant in Armenian and fluent in Russian.

Since the day Ed and I first met – at our first job together - he has never failed to impress. Throughout that time I have seen him evolve into a passionate advocate, a problem solver, and most importantly – an incredible human being. Ed is a fierce advocate who is willing to roll up his sleeves and put in the work needed to achieve a superior result. If you are a potential client, look no further as your guy is right here. If you are a defense attorney, settle while you can.
