David Hoffman has practiced patent, trademark and copyright law exclusively since 1985. He has a B.S. from MIT and law degree from University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Hoffman represents all size businesses with a sweet spot of software companies and manufactures doing $3 to $50 million in annual sales. By both litigating and procuring rights for his clients, he understands how to avoid litigation and how to resolve it quickly. By obtaining broad rights, performing good clearance procedures, and negotiating, he has successfully helped his clients steer clear of litigation and minimize the impact of litigation. Mr. Hoffman has taught for a patent bar review class, authored articles and given lectures on intellectual property.
