Albert Tetai Wu

Albert has experience litigating intellectual property matters involving patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, as well as other issues. As part of litigation, Albert has been involved in the initiation of cases, discovery, trial, appeals, and parallel proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Albert also has experience preparing patent and trademark applications, and his clients have ranged from startups to multinational corporations, including Texas Instruments and LSI. Example areas of technology that he has worked with include: smartphone applications, social networking software, video encoding/decoding algorithms, network storage, mobile device interfaces, capacitive sensors, medical devices, and other mechanical systems.
