Mr. Aaronson responded to our query regarding our HOA issue courteously and respectfully. We initially tried to resolve our issue over a three-month period with our HOA and the property management company with NO SUCCESS. The HOA and property management company continued to stall and ignored the r...equired arbitration process outlined in the CCR’s. When Mr. Aaronson filed our complaint in court, the HOA and the property management company settled our demand for payment. To our great satisfaction, we settled for the amount we originally paid plus attorney fees.
