We are thankful to Manny for 15+ years of fighting for our IP!
Our tool manufacturing company has been working with Manny continuously for over 15 years, and with his help we have earned over 14 patents for our tools (with three more now pending in 2021, and even more planned for this year). Manny has such a gift for understanding complex mechanical devises, ex...

IP work for complex invention
Our company has worked with Mr. Delacerra on preparing a patent application for a complex multipart invention. To make thing more complicated we had a very tight time window for the drafting and filling of the said application. I could not be happier with the services we have received! Mr. Delacerra...

Stellar
I've been working with Manuel for the last 5 years on 15 US patent applications, all of which were allowed (there were more if foreign versions are counted). If this is not a stellar performance, I do not know what could be?!

Our experience with Manny

Regarding the latter, he has helped guide u...
"Manny did a wonderful job securing a full reversal in our favor with the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals on a employment agreement matter. The Court's opinion closely followed his arguments on our behalf in his briefing. I would highly recommend Manny for any appellate/IP work and will be using him in the future."
"I am a fellow intellectual property law attorney and have known Manny for many years. The most important quality in a patent attorney is the ability to learn. Manny can learn just about anything. I have referred clients and potential clients to Manny over the years. One was an MIT graduate with a complex technology. Manny learned it quickly. The feedback I have received about Manny is excellent."
