Mr. Aaronson responded to our query regarding our HOA issue courteously and respectfully. We initially tried to resolve our issue over a three-month period with our HOA and the property management company with NO SUCCESS. The HOA and property management company continued to stall and ignored the r...equired arbitration process outlined in the CCR’s. When Mr. Aaronson filed our complaint in court, the HOA and the property management company settled our demand for payment. To our great satisfaction, we settled for the amount we originally paid plus attorney fees. My Uncle passed away and his live in Girlfriend made this a nightmare. Wouldn't grant access, wouldn't move, stole most of his items, tried to sell his Autos, House etc. Claimed she was Putitive spouse, fake Will, fake Bill of Sales, wrote Check fraud etc. Arthur came thru on all of it. He was a Bea...st in court in his knowledge and expertise. Made the other lawyer look stupid and dumb-founded many times. (At one time I thought the other lawyer was going to cry as he was so 'un-prepared'.) Aaronson was not cheap but well worth the money and He didn't nickle and dime me on everything. For all of you that have had mediocre or negative interactions or results from an attorney, I suggest you use Mr. Aaronson. I have used him for our company and whether as plaintiff or defendant, we have prevailed. Some of the cases were uphill battles against giants and Mr. Aaronson was successfu...l each and every time. We even prevailed against a foreign bank where we were clearly out-maned. Another recent case was against one of the largest companies in the US and were victorious in proving Breach and Negligence. There was a temp. Restraining Order taken out on me without my knowledge, when I got to know about this I consulted many lawyers about this matter, every single lawyer I went to, felt like they didn't care about my case at all and prolonged it, I feel blessed I ran into Arthur through Avvo, spoke on ...the phone and he was extremely nice, I went to meet him he took time to hear me out and actually cared about my case, analysed it and gave me different strategies towards my case which no one else did and to be honest I was very nervous as nothing like this has ever happened to me, he took his time just to make me feel at ease.
