Mr. Aaronson responded to our query regarding our HOA issue courteously and respectfully. We initially tried to resolve our issue over a three-month period with our HOA and the property management company with NO SUCCESS. The HOA and property management company continued to stall and ignored the r...equired arbitration process outlined in the CCR’s. My wife and I had an extremely complex and challenging situation with a plaintiff and his attorney that was headed to litigation. My Uncle passed away and his live in Girlfriend made this a nightmare. Wouldn't grant access, wouldn't move, stole most of his items, tried to sell his Autos, House etc. Claimed she was Putitive spouse, fake Will, fake Bill of Sales, wrote Check fraud etc. Arthur came thru on all of it.
