Biography
I have extensive experience in all aspects of U.S. immigration law, time and again achieving favorable results in complex, often difficult to win cases.
I have successfully handled immigration and visa matters for foreign national business managers and corporate executives, entrepreneurs and investors, celebrities and entertainment groups, world renowned scientists and healthcare workers, as well as for professionals and prominent fashion models. I handle immigration cases throughout the United States and represent individuals, families, and companies in U.S. visa matters at U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world. I also represent individuals in deportation and removal proceedings, and litigate cases in U.S. federal courts.
I have been invited to speak on immigration by a number of bar associations and reputable international organizations. More recently, I was invited by the Beverly Hills Bar Association to moderate the seminar entitled EB-1 and EB-5 Green Cards for the Rich and Famous, and by the Eastern European Bar Association to speak on criminal and immigration crossover issues.
In the past, I served on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section and was the organization’s Co-Liaison with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and District 23 of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. In addition, I also served as the Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Immigration Law Committee.
