Olga Michelle Seanez

I maintain a general practice focusing on entertainment and transaction law services.  I represent writers and producers, and provide production counsel services, including negotiating financing agreements.  I also provide business formation and compliance services, intellectual property protection, enforcement, licensing and distribution, and business transactions including acquisitions.

Since 2013 I have provided pro bono services for veterans through The Center for Veterans Advancement and LA County Bar Association and reduced fee representation for both active duty military and veterans including citation defense and criminal defense matters.

I sit on the Board of Directors of The Sparta Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization providing “war detox” services to active duty military, veterans, law enforcement, and first responders and volunteer my time during their week-long cohorts.  Additionally, I am a co-founder and Director of Wild Spirit Rescue, Inc., a 501(c)(3) a local horse and animal rescue, working with a sister rescue to provide equine assisted programs to the community.

As a Southern California native, I enjoy most outdoor activities, horsemanship and riding, cooking, reading, and most recently decided to start beginner archery classes.  I also value spending time with friends and family, which includes a rescued dog, feral kitten, a mustang who is a product of the BLM roundups, and a draft mare who was rescued from the PMU (premarin) industry.
