Biography

Since 1979, the Law Offices of David M. Kramer has developed a specialized practice dedicated to the area of immigration, nationality and consular law. The firm has over three decades of experience with employment-based immigration and temporary work visas, as well as family-based immigration.

Mr. Kramer was among one of the first lawyers to be approved by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Since 1995, Martindale-Hubbell, one of the foremost sources of information about members of the legal community, has awarded Mr. Kramer an AV rating. The AV rating is Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating, reflecting the highest standards in legal expertise and professional ethics and conduct.

In addition, David M. Kramer is listed in the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. Most Honest and Genuine Attorney that I know

I heard about David from other organization when I was looking for the best attorney I could afford to take care of the mess that other attorney did a year ago. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly, respond to my calls and emails very quickly. I know attorneys are very busy and it's not... easy to respond to everyone, but there are SO MANY attorneys, who ignore clients' phone calls and emails and steal our money. Well, that's the very reason how my old attorney messed up my case, so I'm so happy and glad to find David, who is very responsible for his clients and genuine and quickly takes care of the problem.
