David Michael Kramer

I hired Kramer to be my attorney when I was in Italy. I wasn't familiar with any American attorneys; therefore, I hired Kramer based on the reviews I read on line. I needed help to apply for a H3 visa as I was hired by a LA based cosmetic company as a chemist. I wired Kramer $3000 retention fee that ...he asked. We exchanged a few emails, and he called my boss in LA to discuss the visa application process. My boss was extremely perplexed after he spoke to Kramer. Kramer told my boss to write the training program which was needed to apply for a H3 Visa himself. Kramer offered no assistance on how to prepare and write my training program. Kramer's suggestion to my boss was that if he needed assistance in writing, he could purchase this book Kramer recommended from Amazon. Both my boss and I were inexperienced in applying for the H3 Visa; and if all we needed was to purchase this "book" and copy from it why do I need to hire an expensive attorney? I felt cheated by Kramer's behavior.

I need to start by saying that David and his team are awesome and I'm so happy that we selected him to be our immigration lawyer - and I have a green card to prove it!!! I originally contacted numerous lawyers to find "the right one". After a failed H1b petition a few years ago (largely due to an inc...ompetent lawyer), we wanted to be sure that this time around we had the right guy for the job....and I must say David was most certainly that! I initially contacted many lawyers that were offering free consultations (David included). He stood out above the crowd. I also contacted a lawyer on here with many, many great reviews, (many more than David) that only offers free consultations if you ultimately decide to go with them. If you decide not to use them, that phone call costs you $500. I thought, "these guys must be outstanding - somehow even better, more legitimate and more likely to give me the result I want than any of the other lawyers giving away free consultations". I was mistaken. After 15 minutes of explaining who I am, what I do and what we want, he told me he wasn't so involved in the ins-and-outs nor up-to-date with the current laws, but he had lawyers on his large staff who were. He transferred me to a lawyer with far less experience than David who told me that he wasn't confident that we could get the results we were hoping for (an EB2 or EB3 visa & green card). He said it would be difficult if I wasn't going for the NIW (which I wasn't). This other guy left me feeling like I didn't have a chance and that perhaps David, who had said positive things about his experiences and abilities, was just saying all that to get my money. I called David again, and he gave me his time (for free) again. We talked it through and I was completely honest about my thoughts and worries. I basically said I was worried he was just saying all this stuff just to line his pockets. He was caring and understanding and built my confidence and trust. I paid the other law firm their $500 and picked David. It was the best $500 I spent... and I gave it to another lawyer! haha ;) Numerous times throughout the process we felt discouraged or confused by the complexities and the anxiety that comes along with this process, but every time without fail David's positivity and knowledge of the system eased our minds. Although we live 2500 miles away from his office, anytime we needed we could email or call. We were never left waiting long before we had a response. We even met once for breakfast when by chance a work trip put me in the same place as him. He was on vacation celebrating his birthday with his wife and still made time to meet and get to know me in person. Overall, it was a long process (a couple of years), but with each step we were given clear instructions of what he needed from us and what he was doing next. He may or may not know the impact that he has had on my family (he's been doing this successfully along time, so probably has some idea), but his hard work, knowledge, diligence, customer service, professionalism and friendly demeanor has brought about a result with USCIS that has changed our lives forever...and honestly, he made it seem easy. And all these great things I'm saying about him, go for his entire team. Things like this don't work well without great support, so thank you to all involved! I know everyone's story is different, but this is my story and I'm glad I picked David! Cheers mate!

Right from the consultation I knew this was the right lawyer, he knew the law like the back of his hand, even from 1991, which was important for my case. knew what needed to be done and move forward to achieve our goals! All the lawyers I consulted with in the San Francisco Bay Area said it wasn't po...ssible for me to qualify for a greencard, but after filing with mr.
