Biography

Since 1979, the Law Offices of David M. Kramer has developed a specialized practice dedicated to the area of immigration, nationality and consular law. The firm has over three decades of experience with employment-based immigration and temporary work visas, as well as family-based immigration.

Mr. Kramer was among one of the first lawyers to be approved by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Immigration Law. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Since 1995, Martindale-Hubbell, one of the foremost sources of information about members of the legal community, has awarded Mr. Kramer an AV rating. The AV rating is Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating, reflecting the highest standards in legal expertise and professional ethics and conduct.

professional, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly

I have used David for more than 10 years in order to obtain 3 different work visas, a handful of extensions (including little-practiced cases like H-1B recapture) and a green card. I always had not only excellent results (ie premium-processed extensions in less than a week) but also peace of mind. I ...felt confident about David's skills and the fact that he would represent my cases in the best possible light. This is extremely important because the immigration processes can be lengthy and the last thing you want is lack of trust in the attorney. Well David deserves 100% of my trust and over the years I have recommended him to numerous friends (who also had only positive things to say about him). I consider him one of the best immigration attorneys and also a very pleasant & friendly person that makes immigration dealings as pleasant as they can get!

brilliant, efficient, friendly and compassionate

david kramer is the brilliant, efficient, friendly and compassionate immigration lawyer who helped me get my green card almost 20 years ago!! (after a few other lawyers had said they could not help a florist!!) i'm always happy to recommend him to others, because i know how frustrating and worrisome... becoming a resident can be. he listened to my situation right on the phone and told me precisely what to expect and that i would have my green card within a year. and that's exactly what happened!! he has helped several others that i referred to him, even with very difficult cases!! and to this day, he takes my phone calls or calls right back whenever i have a legal question. i personally vouch for this lawyer who through his work has helped to lay the foundation for my personal happiness!!
