Hi Todd, I cannot thank you and your stellar team enough for everything you have secured for me -- your incredible ethics, tenacity and brevity in the face of what I had come to consider a permanent, formidable, and morally absolute foe. You have collectively helped me solve the Gordian knot that... represents the remainder of my independent life, built upon that which my parents left to me. I cannot possibly put into words the incredible cathartic impact this has had, nor do I feel at this time I have truly begun to understand its depth or potential. I have, since the day of our mediation, forwarded all necessary communication from myself to the hitchmans through Lori Fortune, or your office -- and will continue to do so. Your extension of your incredibly professional staff and colleagues at no cost is an immeasurable gift. Especially given Lori's personal recount of coming to be professionally involved with you, I have a yet-newfound appreciation for the type of work, business and decorum you have chosen to surround yourself with -- and clearly strive to achieve at minimum. It genuinely makes me smile, and I hope you have a moment to reflect upon this. As all of our routines drive us closer to some normal, some more familiar tact and consideration -- please take this moment to remember as I try to in my own life -- just because we do what is right, or just, and perhaps is abnormal to our peers - what you do and what you have done for me is extraordinary, incredible and life changing -- and deserves special consideration, praise, and commendation. So rarely do any of us get the opportunity to change the status quo, much more rarely in the lives of others -- you are truly one that I admire. An altruistic dreamer, a white knight, a triumphant victor among morally delinquent challengers, pedelling the sad and pedantic conformities of the black and white world of haves and have nots. It is so heartwarming that you have done what you've done on principal, it reminds me of how my parents, especially my mom, brought me up. She would always tell me, "Character is what you do when you know no-one else is looking." I hope you will allow me to make this up to you somehow, in some manor of meaningful favor, proverbial "thank you" or other reciprocal gesture. It really is my duty to my own standards, if not theirs, to see you reap a unique and well earned reward within my capability to give you, for what you have so selflessly worked towards for my benefit, because it was right -- not because it came easily.

We worked with Todd Stevenson on a long & complex probate case involving real property and conservatorship. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of this area of law, and was very involved in attending multiple mediations & conferences for our case. He was always very reponsive to our calls and ga...ve us his opinions and good advice. He would set up conference calls with us when we requested time to discuss issues that came up. When we went to trial, he was always prepared and handled the witnesses on the stand very professionally. We won our case in having the conservator removed, and another conservator appointed for my mother. He made sure to protect our interest in a real property under dispute while all the issues were pending. We were very happy with the outcome and so glad we hired Mr. Stevenson to help us.

Having a lawsuit against you can be a very scary and confusing situation! There is a lot of legal documentation involved that can be very overwhelming to a regular person without a law degree. Reading and understanding the terminology can leave you perplexed. Determining that takin...g on my case alone would be not only difficult but also scary, I decided to seek legal counsel. The most physically, psychologically and emotionally draining experience of my life was launched by the disloyal actions of the trustee of my mother’s estate. I had never dealt with the legal system before, and the learning curve was steep for me; starting with the search to find the right lawyer -... one who, ideally, would be highly competent, well regarded, and a genuinely caring individual, with fees that wouldn’t drain away all efforts at achieving a fair outcome in line with my mother’s intentions. I agree with the other 5 star reviews. Todd Stevenson literally saved our family's wealth by stopping financial elder abuse of my aging father. Todd Stevenson is a complete professional, knows the law and the strategies to protect "your" (my) assets at a reasonable cost. I have used his services for ...several years and have never been anything but completely satisfied with the outcome and this includes fair billing practices. I also live in the bay area and the geography makes no difference because he is an expert in his field. You are safe with his firm and he will fight vigorously for your protection and your rights.
