W Todd Stevenson

We worked with Todd Stevenson on a long & complex probate case involving real property and conservatorship. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of this area of law, and was very involved in attending multiple mediations & conferences for our case. He was always very reponsive to our calls and ga...ve us his opinions and good advice. He would set up conference calls with us when we requested time to discuss issues that came up. When we went to trial, he was always prepared and handled the witnesses on the stand very professionally. We won our case in having the conservator removed, and another conservator appointed for my mother. He made sure to protect our interest in a real property under dispute while all the issues were pending. We were very happy with the outcome and so glad we hired Mr. Stevenson to help us.
