Breanna Khorrami Martinez

Breanna Martinez is an Associate Attorney in Dolan Law Firm’s San Francisco office. As part of the firm, Breanna’s practice is focused primarily on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Breanna has litigated hundreds of complex cases, including personal injury, employment, sexual abuse, civil rights, and medical malpractice, from prelitigation to trial.

While Breanna has been practicing as a plaintiff’s attorney since she graduated from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2021, she has a long history of advocacy. Among other things, Breanna previously interned for The Feminist Majority foundation, working almost exclusively on the organization’s National Clinic Access Project to reduce anti-abortion violence at clinics across the nation. Breanna has also worked for the Los Angeles LGBT Center, Neighborhood Legal Services, and AIDS Project Los Angeles. With each of these organizations, Breanna worked directly with the public to provide them with access to critical services.

Prior to attending law school, Breanna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles in Gender Studies. While at UCLA, Breanna was a staff editor for an on-campus magazine and involved in several campus organizations.

After taking a break to run a tutoring business for high school and college students with learning and developmental disabilities, Breanna began law school at Loyola Law School. While a student in the evening program, Breanna continued to work with tutoring clients, as well as clerk at several nonprofit organizations and a prominent plaintiffs personal injury firm during the day while attending her classes at night. During this time, Breanna served as the Vice President of both the Consumer Law Society and the ACLU of Loyola Law School, as well as on staff for the International and Comparative Law Review.
