Anna Pantsulaya was born in the Republic of Georgia, then part of the former Soviet Union. In 1995, at the age of two, she immigrated to the United States with her family eventually settling in Philadelphia. She is fluent in Georgian, Russian, and English. Anna pursued her undergraduate degree at Temple University majoring in Psychology, where she also gained extensive experience through legal internships.
In August 2018, Anna relocated to California to begin her legal education at Golden Gate University School of Law. During her time there, she distinguished herself by earning the Witkin Award for Professional Responsibility and consistently appearing on the Dean’s List. Throughout both her Graduate and Undergraduate studies, Anna worked in various positions within plaintiffs’ litigation firms, honing her skills in the legal field.
Anna graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in May 2021 and successfully passed the July 2021 California Bar Exam, qualifying her to become a member of the State Bar of California. She is now an associate at The Dolan Law Firm, where she applies her extensive knowledge and experience in personal injury law to help clients seek the compensation they deserve. Anna has successfully handled cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, elder abuse, and government tort claims.
In December 2024, Anna second chaired a 2.5 month trial out of Sacramento County, securing a $17 million verdict for her client in a major catastrophic injury trucking case against one of the largest tomato processing companies in the world. The verdict, which included $11 million in compensatory damages and $6 million in punitive damages, represents a significant triumph for their client. This remarkable achievement showcases Anna's expertise in personal injury law and her dedication to client advocacy.
Anna’s commitment to client advocacy has been recognized by her peers, earning her a spot in the 2024 and 2025 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America. In addition to her legal advocacy, Anna served as the 2024 annual chair of the Dolan Law Firm's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee, where she is committed to fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Anna is passionate about continuing her career in the legal field, advocating for those who have been wronged.
