Hiring David and the Dignity Law firm turned out to be a big mistake. During the time I worked with David and his partner Joe, I would experience sub-par communication, unprofessionalism and poor business practices. For instance, when I initially spoke to David, I was given one quote. But then whe...n the trial attorney, Joe, heard about the figure, he got upset and called me and more than doubled the quote. That was a big red flag that I ignored. Then despite my providing rock-solid evidence, and both David and Joe complimenting me on the organized file I presented, neither attorney ever gave me the impression that they had a grasp on my case. I would spend most of the hours that was charged to me bringing both attorneys up to speed. I was also billed for work outside the scope of my case that I never approved of. I told David and Joe from the beginning that the case would never go to trial, and that’s exactly what happened. The frivolous complaint was dropped. But when it came time to collect my court costs from the plaintiffs, the Dignity Law firm wasn’t very aggressive and didn’t seem to care. To this day I haven’t been reimbursed by the plaintiff. Then when I asked for the emails between Dignity and the party I was suing, I never received them. But I am not surprised. I’m used to them not following through and would constantly have to hunt David and Joe down, whether it be via phone or trying to get them to return an email. I just wanted to share my experience. I am an Air Force veteran and this is my true and sworn testimony.

There are no words to describe my gratitude for David and his team. From the very beginning David was communicative and understands the needs in preparation for all stages of the legal system. He was extremely knowledgable of my case after speaking to me over the phone ONE time. At the first hearing,... he informed me that there was evidence needing to be provided which I sent over to him. From there, he did his thing and went to court on my behalf. David was always responsive and attentive to my needs, reassuring me every step of the way. Tons of research went into finding the perfect attorney and I am so glad we chose David. At the end of it all, he ended up winning my case and I would HIGHLY recommend David and his team for any legal issues you or anyone you may know is experiencing.

I am SO beyond grateful I had David represent me in court. He treated me as if he was representing a family member. I was totally freaked out about my legal situation and he completely put me at ease, because I knew he actually cared about what I was going through. I have never known a lawyer who car...ed about much more than the money. And he's a TOTAL rockstar in court! He's just so smart and he really worked hard to make sure that I had the best possible chance of things going my way. And go my way they did! He fixed every single problem I had and basically convinced the judge to give me what I had been praying for.
