Let me take you back to 2020! I got my dui jan 5th and was recommended by Someone to go with this law office because they helped him out. What a joke Ali Ziai is!!! I know it's been years since my dui but I can't let go on how this office was a complete failure to me. First they keep pushing my c...ourt day back and back until they couldn't anymore. When it came down to my final court day they pressured me into just taking the the plea.(being charge with a second dui) I felt that I was out of luck and pressured into taking the plea ..plus they gave me an outrageous fee if I wanted to take to trial. So at the moment I said I would take the plea over the phone. I continued to overthink the plea and decided that I would go to trial but drop them as my attorney and go with a public defender. I am so great full that I made this decision!!! The public defender in venture county did more than these thieving crook Ali Ziai that I gave $$ too!! My public defender got my second dui charge dropped down to a 1st dui.!! Watch where you spend your money at, even some one that has recommended a place can end up to a failure!

Don't waste your money on hiring Ali Ziai. Absolutely worthless! He is completely clueless on DUI laws. He only showed up to court once and I had to go. If I didn't do my own research and turn in my own evidence, who knows what the outcome would have been. He stole my money and they did nothing. Find... someone who knows what they are doing.

If I could go back in time and done my research on restraining order attorney's I would. I filed a DV restraining order on my ex boyfriend and four days before my court date I get a letter from his attorney that she will be defending him. I am in fear at this point and came across this law firm becau...se of their five star ratings. Ali Ziai was my attorney, he was very sweet and understood that I didn't have the money to pay upfront but I eventually paid him before the due date. During the case process, I felt that he was more on my ex's boyfriend's side because he didn't want to use the evidence that proved my statements because he didn't "want to hurt my ex boyfriend's record" and wasn't going to mention the judge about certain things. In the hearing, he brought black and white pictures where I'm hurt, never used the screenshots and hospital records that proved that I was in fact hurt, and other evidence that my ex was in fact a narcissist/bad person. It got to the point that I told him, "I feel like you're more on his side then mine." With the help of my ex's attorney, the judge thought my statements/evidence where totally bogus and I'm just a jealous ex girlfriend who is trying to get revenge on her ex which wasn't true. My case was dismissed and Ali Ziai said that he was sorry and if the next 90 days something comes up he would be my attorney for free. If the respondent got away with assault, a DUI offense, and child porn, and doesn't need to go to a supervised child visitation facility to see my daughter, I believe he could get away with murder next. Two days after my case was dismissed, I catch my ex passing by during the middle of the night driving by my residence. I am more in fear now because my daughter can possibly be abducted and I will be hurt again. I feel very bad that I waisted my family's money for nothing and now I have no choice but to face this demon in family court by myself and with no attorney. I feel so stupid that I hired him.

warning - do not use Ali ziai attorney services!!! i paid them to defend what they claimed would not be a problem as i have a clean record and in their experience the judge would take that into account and most likely i would not have to pay anything else. not only did the judge not change drop the... charged fees, (which i understand is beyond what any attorney could do) Ali ziai never informed me of the outcome of the case. this is beyond acceptable. my license was suspended and i had to pay $293 in addition to his outrageous fees like is said it's not what was ordered by the judge that is upsetting - what is upsetting is that Ali and his office never contacted me - via email - mail or phone - to inform me of what had occured. extremely upset - wherever i go and wherever i can post this i will - do not use Ali ziai attorney services - they do not care to follow up with clients!!!
