One of the good ones!

L. Dean Smith is, without a doubt, a fantastic attorney. He is very professional, but he also makes you feel like you're a true friend. He will go above and beyond to help you. Even the mediation judge was incredibly impressed with how thorough and precise Mr. smith was in handling my lawsuit. I obviously prevailed, thanks to Dean. He cared enough to always return my phone calls, no matter how trivial my questions, and even kept in touch with me after my lawsuit was resolved. I wasn't just dollar signs in his eyes and forgotten about as soon as I signed by the X. My only regret is passing up the opportunity to see Dean in action in the courtroom! He is not only a great attorney, but a great guy as well. Trust him. You won't be disappointed.

Great sexual harrasment attorney!

Dean Smith is an excellent attorney. He handled my sexual harassment case and obtained results that surprised even me. He always returned my calls within a very short time and his advice and knowledge of the law is superior. Dean is not only an exceptional attorney, but he's also a kind and compassionate human being. Exceptional Discrimination attorney

I highly recommend Mr. Smith. He handled a discrimination and wrongful termination case for me and i am very, very happy with the results. I was referred to him by a close friend who had also used his services previously. Before I met Mr. Smith i thought all had been lost-I was out of work and very stressed out. But Mr. Smith changed all of that. From our first meeting I knew i had the right attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable in the law and knows how to handle the attorneys hired by my previous employer. Mr. Smith was always one step ahead of them and it wasn't long before my former boss wanted to settle. This was after vowing to never pay a dime! Mr. Smith is an expert on the law, is aggressive, and a highly effective attorney. If it hadn't been for his counsel I'm quite certain my situation would have turned out differently and my previous employer would have gotten away with breaking the law! Excellent attorney!

Mr. Smith is an extraordinary attorney with extensive knowledge in his respective fields. He was always quick to respond to my calls and emails (if he wasn't able to answer at that moment). I felt very comfortable with Mr. Smith and I would recommend him to my friends/family in a heartbeat. With legal matters, times aren't always easy to handle - but, Mr. Smith made me feel at ease and was very up front with me the entire process. I really appreciate his services and I was very lucky to hire/have such a great attorney.

"Great Defense Attorney"

Mr. Smith has help me in a way no one else could, he gained my trust and loyalty. Although the case took months, Mr. Smith worked rapidly and diligently. He made sure i was well informed at all times. He is an amazing defense lawyer and highly recommend him.
