My experience with Kraft Miles A Law Corporation was positive from the first moment I had my 30 minute consultation with Joy and Leyla. Joy Miles and Leyla Zerehi were honest with their advice, attentive and very helpful throughout a very difficult time. I hired them last minute (a week before my sch...eduled court date). Attorney Leyla Zerehi was with me every step of the way and fought for my 2 sons and my protection. I am very thankful and relieved. Child custody and divorce cases can be costly. Anyone going into one should know that upfront. That being said Joy Kraft has been extremely reasonable & willing to work with me. The initial law firm I used was much more expensive & yielded zero results in fact I believe even hurt my case from the sta...rt. Joy took over my case & since then then things have been moving in my direction & getting much better. My case is a child custody case & when it initially started (before Joy took over) I only had 6hrs of visitation per week with my child. I now 3 overnights & 2 weekdays every other week & my case is most certainly not over so more time is on it's way. I went from about 5% time with my child to about 30% with more time most certainly on the way. Joy pays attention to detail & she knows my case just as well as I do. In her office she is attentive & mild mannered however in the courtroom she is like a JUNKYARD DOG ! She is quit impressive in the courtroom & she knows family law just as well as she will know your case. I could not be happier with my choice of representation. We were in family court today with uncooperative respondent and his attorney. My attorney and I tried to get them to come to an agreement ,rather than have the judge make the the decision for us. They refused. Our attorney advised them the the judge would not look favorably on their request and that ...if the judge made the decision it would favor us. They were uncooperative and our attorney presented our case. The judge granted all our motions as presented by our attorney!! Tomorrow we will get to see the kids which we have not seen over a year and a half!!! I thank God I made the decision to hire our attorney Joy Kraft Miles and her terrific staff! I would urge anyone that needs a “bull dog” staff that will fight for you - — I recommend Joy and her staff.
