The Best Family LAW Attorney!!!
Rochelle Binns is hands down THE BEST attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She went above and beyond to help me in my most difficult situation. I would and will recommend her to any and everyone because she is amazing. I not only love her as my attorney but I also consider her a friend. She is so professional, smart and all around great!!! Anything I needed help with she did it ! Anything I didn't understand , she explained it! It also helped that we were like minded because most of the suggestions that were essiantially "up to me" I gave her full lead on because she knew best and pretty much knew the answer I was going to tell her anyways. just another reason I love her. Thank you so much for all your help!! I love you as a friend because you actually care!!!

Rochelle is WONDERFUL
Rochelle was the best thing to happen to me in this extremely long and stressful divorce. I was able to explain my feelings and concerns, my view on matters and worries, all in my woman way of conversing. She understood what I was expressing and turned them into legal terms with ease. An attorney who really cares
Rochelle is one of the best attorneys I’ve ever met. I’m a domestic violence survivor. My abuse did not end when I left my marriage. I had experienced legal abuse. I was blessed to have Rochelle moved to my case. She is a fighter and go getter. She is super professional and gets the job done. The opposing counsel was a nightmare with constantly getting extensions and continuances. Rochelle was through and fought harder than any attorney I had on my team. I felt like someone was standing up for me and fighting for my freedom. If you want a really good attorney who cares about her clients and goes the extra mile she is your girl. I will recommend her to anyone who asks.

An strong advocate with trustworthy empathy
I came from a domestic violence separation and had personal statements and emotional confessions. From our initial consult I felt like Rochelle was hearing me and trying to look forward in how to defend me and protect me - without pushing me or even judging me. Throughout the divorce process she has been friendly and even funny, protective and active, and thoughtfully professional. I very strongly recommend her. And I’m grateful to have felt her kindness during this awful process.

I consulted with Rochelle regarding a potential custody matter a few years back, and she was able to talk me through the pre litigation process. Thanks to Rochelle's advice, we were able to keep this matter out of court and handle this amicably. Rochelle represented us in a child custody matter in which we had not seen the two children in over a year and a half!! Rochelle tried to negotiate an agreement with the plaintiff and his attorney. They were not at all agreeable to any compromise Rochelle suggested. Rochelle warned them that if we did not come to a compromise, the judge would have to make the rulings and that his ruling would probably favor our requests and suggestions. We advised Rochelle that we were tired of trying to reach a compromise and to proceed before the judge. The judge granted all of our requests. We thank God that we were represented by Rochelle and we were finally reunited with the kids the very next day!! If you need an attorney that is a fighter - a bulldog —We would recommend Rochelle to represent you.
