Mr. Greenfield has been aggressively fighting for the constitutional rights of his clients since 2001, practicing with great passion and courtroom skill, Mr. Greenfield litigates some of the most high profile and complex cases in the country, specializing in the cross examination of adverse witnesses, expert witnesses, and professional government witnesses.

Mr. Greenfield’s professional resume is well documented covering both Federal and State matters involving Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Civil Rights Violations, Defamation, Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”), Federal Narcotics Matters, Federal Drug Trafficking and Conspiracy, Theft Crimes, Tax Evasion, Government Contracting Fraud, White Collar Crimes, Weapons Charges, CFTC and SEC Matters, and many more.

Mr. Greenfield has tried cases against defense counsel of all levels both in the civil and criminal courts throughout the United States, including but not limited to United States attorneys, district attorneys, attorneys general, and has confronted in litigation the FBI, DEA, ATF, OCIDEF Task Force cases, government contracting fraud, all levels of state law enforcement personnel, and many others.
