Best Family Law Attorney

I hired Joy when my ex-husband decided he wanted to change custody orders after 10 years. Joy was always available, professional, super knowledgeable and very supportive throughout the entire process. Today was our court date and Joy was a rockstar. She argued on my children’s behalf impeccably and the entire case was denied. Furthermore, there was a modification of child support case on the docket for October (also that my ex wanted) which she also got thrown out. I highly recommend hiring Joy when you have a family law matter that needs special attention by a professional who knows what they’re doing .

Excellent Representation!

There is no doubt that Kraft Miles Law Corporation will go above and beyond with representing you! When I first came to Joy, I felt very concerned that a false civil harassment restraining order could potentially affect my personal record and prospective job opportunities. At the initial consultation, Joy was very straight forward and guided me through my options. She also took into consideration my personal situation and was able to provide affordable pricing. As the firm took on my case, all of the staff were very patient. They answered all of my questions and followed up with me to ensure that I had everything filed on time. Professional and caring

Joy and her team provided exceptional care to me and my case. As a young mother with a son under the age of 1 getting a divorce I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect going in. In the end I was left feeling happy and most importantly safe about the custody agreement that was negotiated and settled on. Joy was professional, caring, detailed and went above and beyond even answering my questions or emails beyond after hours of the firm. Her team continuously followed up with me regarding my concerns. Exceptional and Strong and Caring

If you have a case, like we did, that is difficult for you emotionally and has many layers to it, their clarity and certainty can help you breathe in a relaxed manner and stand up strong. You become more clear with what you are doing. Turned my case around.

After having lost twice, I saw no hope in sight. I just wanted to be around by son more. I came to Kraft Miles with just my courage and she immediately gave me hope. My ex hired an extremely strong attorney. I'd gone through one attorney that sucked and tried to represent myself on the 2nd time around, only to be taken for a ride by my ex's attorney. Ms. Kraft Miles came in and turned it around. She won my case and got me almost a month of extra vacation time a year with my son. She is uber confident and knowledgeable. Best litigator by far and to make things better she cares about her clients and strives to have you walking away happy. This attorney is rare and I can promise you she is a 1 out of a 100 type lawyer

Hands down, best firm I have ever hired!

I have been in and out of family court for the past 14 years battling a high conflict case. I have had a total of 5 different attorneys prior to finding this firm. This firm is the ONLY firm that made me feel cared for, heard and understood. The patience they had for all my questions, issues and concerns, the dedication working late hours to do the best job possible, the true care and attention they put into my case makes this firm the best firm I have ever dealt with. My case is a high conflict case and before I found Brigitte and Joy I was completely lost and taken advantage of by my previous attorneys. As soon as I went in for my consultation with Joy, I knew I didn't need to go meet with anyone else. She was professional and very understanding of my situation. Her prices were reasonable and I couldn't have asked for Joy and her team to represent me any better. They were on top of any correspondence I sent, answered all of my questions and concerns. Civil Harassment Retraining Order

My experience with Kraft Miles A Law Corporation was positive from the first moment I had my 30 minute consultation with Joy and Leyla. Joy Miles and Leyla Zerehi were honest with their advice, attentive and very helpful throughout a very difficult time. I hired them last minute (a week before my scheduled court date). Attorney Leyla Zerehi was with me every step of the way and fought for my 2 sons and my protection. I am very thankful and relieved. The retainer fee is well worth it if you want professionalism and someone who cares by your side in a courtroom. I would definitely hire again.

Splendiferous

Joy Kraft Miles is a kind, warm hearted professional. Joys knowledge of the Law is more than impressive. I came to her with a heavy heart and the fear of having to go through a custody battle, Joy immediately put me at ease like a warm blanket on cold day. Her staff was very helpful and accommodating, I never ended a phone call with questions afterward. After 4 months of waiting we finaly went to court, I couldn't be happeir with the out come. Joy really made things go easier than anticipated. I can't thank her and her staff enough for the peace of mind they gave me.

Highly Recommended

Child custody and divorce cases can be costly. Anyone going into one should know that upfront. That being said Joy Kraft has been extremely reasonable & willing to work with me. The initial law firm I used was much more expensive & yielded zero results in fact I believe even hurt my case from the start. Joy took over my case & since then then things have been moving in my direction & getting much better. My case is a child custody case & when it initially started (before Joy took over) I only had 6hrs of visitation per week with my child. I now 3 overnights & 2 weekdays every other week & my case is most certainly not over so more time is on it's way. I went from about 5% time with my child to about 30% with more time most certainly on the way. Joy pays attention to detail & she knows my case just as well as I do. In her office she is attentive & mild mannered however in the courtroom she is like a JUNKYARD DOG ! She is quit impressive in the courtroom & she knows family law just as well as she will know your case. I could not be happier with my choice of representation. I fee very confident knowing I have a lawyer who knows my case & is fighting tooth & nail on my behalf. I highly recommend Joy Kraft to anyone going through a Family Law issue.
