Upon receipt of a letter from the Office of Jason Clark, I contacted the office pertaining to an Unemployment Claim that was rejected by my employer and consequently by a UE Referee. Understanding that the employer’s stance as well as the initial decision pertaining to my case was unfair and incorrec...t, I felt that legal action was necessary. Upon contacting the office, Law Clerk Greg Diamond was extremely professional and always responsive to my needs. With the advice and assurance provided by the office I made the decision to proceed with Jason Clark’s office as my legal counsel. They prepared a brief citing discrepancies in the original decision made by Unemployment’s Referee and my former company. Based upon the brief, UE advised that I was entitled to a Remand hearing. Regen Shanzer was assigned to my case and walked me through what was needed for proof and testimony in the hearing. In spite of a very difficult hearing and re-examination by Regen during the hearing, my case ultimately was deemed eligible to receive benefits.
