A psychotic Judge Judy on steroids for my hearing, an initial decision against me I was apprehensive to hire this firm. It was more about not letting these scumbags (Dawn Ramirez and Stu Fuhrman from Tech Data and Judge Judy included) get away with a retaliation firing and blocking my unemployment wi...thout a fight. The initial appeal was "remanded." I felt the sunk cost fallacy sinking in, so I decided to continue. To my chagrin, we got Judge Judy (C. Miller) again for the final showdown. She ripped me apart again and my attorney, but it was much more toned down with legal representation. I was convinced I wasted my time and money until I found out we won. Couldn't have been more shocked and certainly was possible without this firm. A+. Never give up, friends.

I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Diamond and this firm to anyone with an employment dispute. Mr. Diamond was very helpful and clear in his procedures. He answered all questions and concerns immediately and in a timely manner. He was easily reached and even responded to emails and phone calls after hours.... Mr. Diamond won my case even after it was appealed by my former employer. The whole process was smooth and flawless. I'm grateful for the hard work and commitment he provided to my case.

I used Mr. Clark and his services for my unemployment case and was very unimpresse. After being told that their was a good chance to have my case reversed and had to pay the full $650 before he would even look at my case. Well after he was paid and with a 70% chance of winning my appeal was the same... never reversed. I was then very rudely explained by his office staff that sometimes this happens and they said that they could do an appeal through the florida supreme court and said that it would be even more money.still have not received a call back from Greg Diamond the legal assistant who I first talked with their claim that they are "very busy" since the attorney was going out of town. I was basically taken advantage of by their marketing strategies with a nice fluff pack of won cases and a nice business card. Needless to say I have learned my lesson. Not even a partial refund for was done and feeding off the misfortions of people who have had lost their jobs offering hope that they have great success with these cases but really just capitalizing off your misfortunes.
