A psychotic Judge Judy on steroids for my hearing, an initial decision against me I was apprehensive to hire this firm. It was more about not letting these scumbags (Dawn Ramirez and Stu Fuhrman from Tech Data and Judge Judy included) get away with a retaliation firing and blocking my unemployment wi...thout a fight. The initial appeal was "remanded." I felt the sunk cost fallacy sinking in, so I decided to continue. To my chagrin, we got Judge Judy (C. Miller) again for the final showdown. She ripped me apart again and my attorney, but it was much more toned down with legal representation. I was convinced I wasted my time and money until I found out we won. Couldn't have been more shocked and certainly was possible without this firm. A+. Never give up, friends.

I was referred to this attorney by my cousin, who heard about his work in our field more than once. It is very tough to find anyone who wants to help companies in labor cases, which is why I was at least glad to have Clark to ask a few questions since I thought this case might put me out of business.... I couldn’t get anyone at the labor commission to even talk to me about it since they are just working to help the employees. I was really able to understand what was going on and how the case got to this point the way he explained it, and at the end he actually thanked me for listening! He really took his time at the hearing, step by step all the way. He was able to make the problem go away on the cheap. Clark and also his team also set me on the straight and narrow to keep me out of trouble in the future, which is not easy in CA.

After initially contacting Mr Clark's office regarding an upcoming Labor Board Hearing As the Defendant, I was still unsure about whether or not his service was needed. I was unsure because I so was angry about being in that situation as an employer and I wanted to just pay what was asked of me so t...he issue would just go away. After reading his references and coming to my senses, I then had the understanding that I am only an expert in my field and Mr Clark is an expert in his field, so I retained his services on very short notice due to my procrastination. Mr Clark represented me as if he had been working on my case for a longer period of time. I am certain that this is due to his extensive experience and knowledge base in reference to the labor laws of the state of CA and how the judicial system operates. I believed that the initial amount of money I may have had to pay was small, but Mr. Clark explained to me that the figure could easily rise if I conceded to the Plaintiff and just paid it. The end result could also be the same if not far worse if the mediation process was not successful on the date of the hearing. My case was settled and in a blink of an eye everything was over. Had I not decided to obtain representation, I may be facing a drawn out labor board case that may very well bankrupt my small company that I have worked hard for many years to maintain. In my field I am like a Mom and Pop Shop in a sea of larger corporations, and I believe Mr Clark represented me with the same vigilance and attentiveness that he would have given to one of those larger companies.
