Robert Louis Gigliotti

I was involved in a credit card debt settlement dispute with a collection agency that I had made $200.00/month payment to for a little over 8 years (100 months) and had never missed a payment during the entire period. I occasionally would check in with the collection agency for my balance until I wa...s told in the last but one month that I had one more payment to fulfill my obligation, which I did only to get a summons a few months later that I had reneged on the agreement because there was another $180 left to pay. So I sent them the check for $180 but they refused to accept it and wanted me to pay over $37,000.00 which included legal, court fees and penalties. I tried on several occasions to reason with them but they were intransigent ant that's when a friend referred me to the Gigliotti Law Group for legal representation. He would frequently call and give me updates until four to six weeks later I got a letter from the Gigliotti Law Group, with an enclosed settlement offer from the collection agency stipulating that my case will be dismissed after sending them $180. It was such a relief to receive the final letter from the collection agency indicating that my case was done with. He was very professional, always responded promptly. Made me feel like he was truly vested in my outcome. My first attorney was horrible and constantly wanted me to fight for issue that is was not vested in.
