Do not use attorneys Gumm and Green. Lindsey Green was beyond terrible, he has destroyed my life and he does not care about his clients or their children. He only cares about filling his pockets. He took my money, did little to no work, the work done was incomplete, was not prepared for court, an...d repeatedly lied to me. I would have been better off representing myself. Go to LA Superior Court, Stanley Mosk Court house, search for Lindsey (benson) Green, &/or Gumm and Green, and you will find they are being sued for malpractice by two clients. Yes two!!! I previously Googled him and found these lawsuits, but as of today, they are not showing up on Goggle, so the only way to find these lawsuits is to go to the court website. Gee, I wonder who and how they got removed!!! In my opinion, he is a fraud and should be in jail. Read the court documents and make your own opinion.
