LINDSEY compromised my case. my attorney acted against my interest. I paid all his bills, close to $33.000 and in return i got a jeopardized case. I do not believe for a second that mistakes were negligent. I believe he wanted me too loose, because with each inaction and a with each mistake i w...as getting more and more frustrated. I was asking him to follow up with meet and confers as required, he did not. Deposition he took was a joke. he did not asked single follow up questions. the opposition got away with 175 unanswered question. Terrible experience.
