Conscientious and Knowledgeable

For the past 2 1/2 years I have been dealing with an ongoing appeal process of both a STD and LTD claim. My disability insurance was through an employer sponsored plan, which fell under ERISA, and given the complexity of the law we decided to seek professional help. We interviewed over 5 very highl...y rated attorneys, yet it was clear during our discussion with Glenn that his expertise, honest concern and vast experience was second to none. We were fortunate that one of the appeals was approved just before formal engagement; however, I cannot recommend him enough based on extensive communications both electrically and verbally. He always responded promptly, never was late to a scheduled call, and always had answers to our complex and sometimes rudimentary questions.

Making a wrong situation right

Glenn and the team at Kantor & Kantor has made a difficult situation easier. Their attention to detail and compassion went a long way to helping my family and getting our situation resolved. My sister met with Glenn originally and I was skeptical about our chances of getting my dads insurance case ...resolved. I am a realistic, bottom line person. Knowing this process would take time and patience, Kantor and Kantor, kept us up to date with the status of our case and answered our questions. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the outcome of our case and their attention to details. We had concerns, like most people would, but they were straight forward with what they thought the outcomes would be. They answered our questions and made us feel at ease. I would recommend Kantor and Kantor and their team to help me with my retirement and insurance questions.

Effective, brilliant, and caring

Solved the unsolvable

I live in San Francisco and while Kantor and Kantor based in Northridge Glenn took the time to meet with me in person to discuss my appeal. He was upfront about the challenges and timeline which I greatly appreciated. I also have a specialized claim and he was honest about the other firms in this ...field and the pro's and con's of going with Kantor or another firm. His forthrightness is the reason I chose Kantor and certainly a significant part of the success of my appeal.

no nonsense lawyer

Glenn secured the reinstatement of my LTD benefits and his team was professional and responsive at all times during the appeal process. I was impressed with their honesty and urgency towards my case. I cannot recommend Glenn and his firm enough to anyone facing a denial of LTD benefits from a conglom...erate insurance company. God Bless you Glenn!
