We had an outstanding experience with Kantor & Kantor, LLP. Working with Glenn Kantor and staff, to appeal denials of Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) payments for our daughter. She became disabled by Dysautonomia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome while working in Washington D.C.... She has had to move back home to California. The insurance company denied continued STD, then denied the LTD. Glenn worked with us to lay out a strategy for testing and information to provide in the appeals. When my long-term disability insurance claim was denied under flimsy pretenses I soon became resigned to the idea that I was going to have to find work while still recovering from back surgery. I was progressing slowly but clearly a ways away from being able to work a job in any serious capacity, so ...this turn of events stole away much of my hope that I would ever fully return to health.
