We learned of Glenn's ERISA disability skills over ten years ago, when I was facing an unreasonable (but not unusual) termination of my Long-Term Disability claim payments from a heartless insurer. My wife and I spent nearly six months preparing an appeal to the termination, which we understood woul...d likely be denied by the insurer regardless of the evidence presented from numerous doctor reports. Kantor & Kantor was instrumental in winning my LTD case against a major LTD carrier. Recommended by a retired lawyer friend of the family, my initial consultation with Glenn Kantor made it obvious that they were the right choice to help me win my LTD appeal. Still I did interview the major firms that... specialize in ERISA law (some more expensive, some less expensive), however this is not a situation where you want to choose the cheapest firm!
