We learned of Glenn's ERISA disability skills over ten years ago, when I was facing an unreasonable (but not unusual) termination of my Long-Term Disability claim payments from a heartless insurer. My wife and I spent nearly six months preparing an appeal to the termination, which we understood woul...d likely be denied by the insurer regardless of the evidence presented from numerous doctor reports. Glenn and his staff repeatedly advised us on the best approach, spending many hours discussing and reviewing our appeal (at no cost to us). Although we were not surprised by the denial, the extensive information we provided in the appeal strengthened our case against the insurer for an eventual lawsuit that Glenn took on a contingency basis. And despite the large geographical distance separating us from Kantor & Kantor, Glenn guided us through all their court filings and correspondence required to bring the suit to the courts. Weeks after filing, Glenn hosted the court-mandated mediation between the two parties. I personally would not recommend Mr.Kantor. I chose him by his bald catching advertisement add and got not at the best position with whole stuff experience here. It was very hard to get answered my questions, would take sometimes a days by e-mail, clerk did not return my calls and I got false informa...tion about my case. I put two stars, not one, because ones in awhile I got effort barely to get some calls personally from attorney or his assistants .Would definitely chose different attorney for any legal case matters.
