Biography
Michael Bialys has been California's Premier DUI Defense Attorney since 2009. He has personally been responsible for getting hundreds of cases dismissed both with the courts and the DMV.
Michael has always prided himself on offering client oriented service, making sure that the client doesn’t feel like a file or a number but a human being. Michael is very much involved and concerned about the future and the outcome of his cases. LIAR! Agrees to charges with out telling the client.
Dragged my case for over a year. Don’t show to court a couple times. Agreed to charges and allegations with out my consent. He failed to investigate properly, acted negligent, lied and lied. I have proof on text and the court clerk record on his mistake.

Replied last March 27, 2025I will agree I did drag the case out because this woman was dealing with other legal issues that we had to make certain wouldn't complicate her case unfortunately she's not taking any accountability for that. I personally flew up north to handle her case and many and I do mean many of her charges were dismissed. She was an open court with me standing to my left less than 2 feet away as she entered a plea that was negotiated on her behalf that was much less than what she was facing. That said I will try to be brief and respect her privacy but there is an absolute public record of the goings on here. It's unfortunate that she doesn't feel comfortable with that but there's certain things I can't change. I can't change the law and I can't change the facts. The good news is is she is able to expunge the record down the road and it's much easier to expunge certain charges than others. That is all I can respond to at this time. In my life experience I will say that very often the people that label other people Liars are not very trustworthy themselves. I would ask that when reading this review you consider the source
