Steve Qi Qi

Mr. Steve Qi Qi is one of the most prominent and well-known lawyers in the Chinese Community in Southern California. Over the past 30 years, he has established an acclaimed reputation for his diverse, but specially-tailored legal services. As one of the earliest Chinese-American immigration attorneys, Mr. Qi has experienced multiple immigration policy reforms and handled complex immigration cases. In his over two decades of practice, he has helped close to a thousand Chinese students and scholars obtain their green cards through EB-1A and NIW. In addition, Mr. Qi has successfully petitioned several hundreds of EB-5 visas on behalf of Chinese investors.

In the meantime, Mr. Qi also represented several hundreds of business clients, corporations and individuals, in their litigation and transactional practices. He has helped his clients prevailed in numerous litigation cases, with judgment and/or verdict in the millions of dollars. One of the cases was featured in the Daily Journal, one of California’s most respected legal publications.
