First off, I would like to thank Michael for helping me throughout my case and getting the positive results I personally thought were impossible. Michael is a very knowledgeable attorney who knows the ins and outs of the court system. The day after I got my DUI, I called numerous lawyers to help... me out for my long journey ahead with my case. Among all the attorneys I spoke to, Michael was the only person I truly felt comfortable with handling my case, and that says a lot, especially since we have only spoken over the phone and have not met. Michael was prompt in setting up an appointment to meet me, which was very convenient and as I gave him the lay down of what happened the night of my DUI, he gave me a cut and dry picture of what he believed was possible and impossible. Michael is an honest attorney, who does not beat around the bush just to make you feel better, but gives you options and plans out what he and I can do to achieve better results. Michael took care of all my paperwork from the court, represented me with utmost professionalism, and basically stuck by me throughout my whole ordeal. In the end, he got my DUI down to a dry reckless, which is a non-alcohol related offense, a true blessing because it would have ruined my career in the military. Overall, I have learned from my experiences and could not have done it on my own without Michael. Again, thank you Michael and I highly recommend you.

These lawyer will not take your hand through the process. However he will try to get you the minimum sentencing. He offers a very affordable payment plans which is good. The outcome in my particular case was ok, I would say I am glad I hired him because the consequences would have been a lot higher i...f I didn't. I am reviewing 3 stars because firstly, Michael himself was only on my last court date sending other people in his crew to all the previous times so I did not appreciate that since he told me he would be the one representing me when I hired me. Secondly, they missed my first court date, and the judge issued a warrant for my arrest, he send someone from his crew to represent me the following day. Thirdly, Michael could be very rude over the phone, and in person sometimes once you hired him. To sum it all up if you are in a budget hire him as he will get you a better deal than you would get without an attorney.

This is the worst attorney I've ever experienced. He doesn't show up to court dates to even negotiate face to face with the district attorney. He does everything by email. He doesn't have a plan to defend your case. I had a criminal matter, and he told me he could handle it just to get my $5500. He ...is clearly just a dui attorney, not a criminal. He doesn't challenge the D.A. nor does he try to dismiss or strike things. He makes you feel guilty of all charges the way he handles cases. HE CLEARLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY MORE THAN THE CLIENT. He sends non experienced attorneys to fill in for him. The attorney he sends in are barely getting their feet wet with no confidence at all. The D.A. and Judge laughed at David(his fill-in). 2 years and no results. Don't waste your money like I did... I only saw him once. You are better off with a public defender than going with him. I fired him and got a new attorney, and the first day the new attorney came into court with me, he moved things in the positive way. This dui guy basically got free money.
