To give one star is too many. If you want the short version, after growing tired of sheer disregard from Tina and her “assistants” Estella and Lorissa, I found alternative representation. After several unreturned emails, phone calls and being made to feel like an annoyance (rather than a client g...oing through a terrible time) every time I called, I decided it was best to find someone who actually seemed to care about my case. At first, Tina seemed like she would be helpful. Her legal assistants seemed nice enough. But when the fire was turned up because I wasn’t receiving treatments and was endlessly waiting, everything changed. Sadly, I recommended others to her who she has also dropped the ball for. Now, I receive weekly updates, have a very pleasant legal assistant to talk with whenever I call, get calls back usually within 24 hours, and actually received care. Because my new lawyer gets on top of the insurance company when he needs to. Save yourself a headache and go with someone else.
