Tina Arshakyan

Tina Arshakyan, founder and principal of Arshakyan Law Firm, is a natural leader, and tactical fighter. From a young age, Tina always strived to fight for what she believed in, from becoming one of the youngest students to be admitted to the University of San Diego’s School of Law at the age of 19, to obtaining 6 and 7 figure settlements for her clients. As a wife, and a mother of two, she genuinely cares and understands her clients and their needs. Tina does not merely “fight”, she uses strategy and perspective to carefully obtain what each client desires. Tina has the power to connect and reason with people of all ages and backgrounds, from clients to judges, to juries and even opposing counsel.

She poses grace, confidence, and powerful legal representation not only in the courtroom but in mediations and arbitrations.

Tina started her legal career clerking at the Employee Rights Center assisting employees before the National Labor Relations Board, Labor Commissioner, and California Unemployment Appeals Board and later continued to develop her legal skills working at a Plaintiffs’ litigation firm representing clients in personal injury cases. Since Tina has led Arshakyan Law Firm in obtaining millions of dollars for her individuals injured at work, in motorcycle and truck accidents, car accidents, slip and falls; as well as for employees who were harassed, discriminated against, and/or wrongfully terminated from their employment.

Tina represents victims in a wide variety of cases involving both work-related and other personal injuries including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, defective products, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death cases.
