Turning the Impossible into an Accomplishment

What words of gratitude can I use to express my appreciation for an attorney, a human being, who literally gave me my life back? There really aren't enough words. For over 15 years, I went from lawyer to lawyer desperately seeking someone who could help me clear my name and also get my legal stat...us back. Every lawyer i spoke to said that I had a hopeless case. Yet, through Faith, I came across attorney Shan Potts. For the first time, I saw someone who honestly looked at me and said, "it will be difficult, but I believe I can help you." Attorney Potts, first and foremost, is a man of moral integrity. He is passionate about the law and he takes a case as though it was his own family member whose being represented. In 2022, after 21 years of being labeled a convicted felon, Attorney Potts turned the impossible into an accomplishment. He successfully got me a huge post conviction victory. My conviction was vacated! This cleared the way for my immigration case. Attorney Potts moved quickly and filed a motion to reopen. It was approved. He then quickly filed a motion to Terminate proceedings largely based on the vacated conviction. It was approved. Attorney Potts then filed for my I90 to renew my Permanent Resident card. After 3 months, in August 2025, it was approved. I cannot tell you to joy & the sense of relief that I had. Every emotion that I kept inside for over 20 years of waiting and feeling so down came out the very day I walked into his office to pick up my Permanent Resident card. I had not held it since 2001!!! Attorney Potts, fellow attorneys, and his outstanding staff cleared my name and gave me my life back!!! To anyone who is feeling hopeless, scared, rejected, and pretty much like giving up, please dont!!!!! Please contact Attorney Potts immediately and restore your status & rights. I-601 Waiver

My wife and I got married a few years back. One of the most urgent issues we wanted to tackle was her immigration status in the United States. Unfortunately, she was brought here as a minor over 30 years ago and didn't have a way to prove that she entered the Country legally in order to adjust her st...atus inside the U.S. I suffer from extreme health problems and need her assistance and support constantly. Having her leave the Country for a unknown period of time would cause immense hardship for me and the rest of our family, emotionally and financially. Thankfully, Attorney Shan Potts was able to help us apply for the waiver, all while explaining the process and answering all our questions and concerns. His help was greatly appreciated and we are happy with the results of his work.

Fiance Visa and Green Card

Me and my wife are very thankful for your assistance throughout the whole process. Contact Shan after he answered one of my questions and I have nothing but good things to say about the level of service I have received. His office was very friendly and understood our situation well and made me and my... wife feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My wife got her green card two days ago.
