Money for nothing

Visit USCIS website before hiring an immigration lawyer. All the answers are there to start the process. We hired this law firm only for our case to be given to an lazy clerk. After months of waiting, sending the necessary information to file the 130 form, this clerk literally told us he was ove...rwhelmed with other cases and didn't address our case yet. No apologies or refund. A law firm with no integrity

Lost 3500.00 for nothing

John Benjamin Moore, Did not represent us and did nothing on our case, did not sign at the court house to show that he was representing my wife. Being a fellow veteran he made promises that he did not keep. My wife relied on me and I made a huge mistake with MR. Moore, don’t make the same mistake I ...made, on top of this he requires you to pay all your money up front.

ZERO COMMUNICATION

I signed a contract in 2015 today is 2017 and still no visa! I been bounced from person to person 4 to be exact and still no green card! They have never responded any emails, and when I called they are always out of town or emergencies. I would never recommend this attorney please people don't let t...hem robbed you! It cost me around $6000 and still nothing!

I never got a call back

I do not because this attorney never returned my call. I called him three times to schedule a consultation and never bothered to call me. The receptionist did not even give me an apology for not getting call back. Really poor customer service I definitely not recommend him.
