I first came to El Paso in 1994 as a soldier Stationed at Ft. Bliss, TX. My time here was initially interrupted by four tours of duty to the Middle East. Because of these early formative experiences, I love to travel, learn of new and different cultures, food, and art. I have lived in five countries including three Mexican states and six U.S. states plus the District of Columbia.
Practice areas
I practice all forms of U.S. immigration law including family, business, and removal defense. Having worked for the Department of Labor's Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals and the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review, I have a unique behind-the-scenes perspective that helps my clients win their particularly difficult cases.
