Reviewer Age: 23 Case Status: Fully resolved If there's one phrase I'd use to describe my experience it'd be: peace of mind. I owe a huge gratitude to Karthik Krishnan and the attorneys at Shouse. One afternoon, after receiving some unfortunate news, I launched into a mad scramble to find an ...attorney for a criminal defense related matter. I googled, and of all the firms I called, Shouse was the only one to be able to talk to me that day (~4pm). The sheer relief of being able to talk to an expert and not a receptionist immediately put me at ease. Karthik and I spoke for about 20 minutes during a free consultation. I was so impressed and confident in his ability after that 20 minutes that I decided to hire him as soon as we hung up. A little over a week after the initial news, Karthik had contacted law enforcement, and prevented any charges from being filed against me. I went from full-panic to relative calm after bringing on Karthik and putting my faith in his abilities to resolve the situation. I fully endorse Karthik's skill and experience, and importantly for me, his communicative nature and willingness to indulge my (many) questions and hypotheticals. Myself and my family thanks SLG immensely, for all of their help and support through a very rough time. Before my arrest at a DUI checkpoint, I had zero experience dealing with law enforcement or legal/criminal issues of any kind, I was terrified by my potential criminal charges yet simultaneously paranoid about getting scammed by a "DUI lawyer."
