Replied last March 14, 2014We strive to offer superior service to every client. This includes answering client phone calls and email, promptly (the same day they are received). Even if we do not hear from our clients we write each of them before each court date and after each court date to keep them informed. Likewise, we most certainly appear for our clients in court. I am not aware of the true identity of this reviewer, but If they are willing to contact me, they are welcome to a full refund of their fees. I make certain my clients are satisfied. Nevertheless I appreciate any feedback, and we will use this review as feedback to assist us in our never ending effort to improve our customer service.

Replied last March 14, 2014I am grateful for this feedback as it allows me to address a couple issues for any prospective clients. First, every single case is unique, with a unique set of facts. Consequently, any criminal defense attorney will tell you that it is difficult to judge whether you got a good deal or a bad deal by comparing yourself to someone else with a totally unique case and a different district attorney prosecuting the case. We are very good at getting our clients the best deal possible under the circumstances, but there are no guarantees. Second, my phones are answered by a live person, not a message machine, or voice mail machine, Monday through Friday from 8 to 5. We take pride in making ourselves very accessible to all of our clients in this way. Third, I take any client concerns very seriously and I am happy to refund fees to any client who is not satisfied. I would have certainly offered the same to this client if they had contacted me. I have not spoken to this client, but if they will contact me, I will offer them a refund of their fees. With all of that being said, we will take this as constructive feedback and continue to strive to improve.
