I'm tired of wating, still no answer....
I was told I was facing a simple DUI by Earl Carter's attorneys. It was a first offense and they told me I would be taken care of. I felt relieved and paid them. I tried contacting them before my court date to follow up with no luck, I've emailed Mr. Carter multiple times with no responses. No att...

Replied last March 14, 2014We strive to offer superior service to every client. This includes answering client phone calls and email, promptly (the same day they are received). Even if we do not hear from our clients we write each of them before each court date and after each court date to keep them informed. Likewise, we most certainly appear for our clients in court. I am not aware of the true identity of this reviewer, but If they are willing to contact me, they are welcome to a full refund of their fees. I make certain my clients are satisfied. Nevertheless I appreciate any feedback, and we will use this review as feedback to assist us in our never ending effort to improve our customer service.
