Chris is an excellent attorney. Not only is he very good at what he does, he's also a very caring, patient, and understanding guy. This is a very rare attribute for an attorney, and I don't know how he's able to ma...intain such sympathy and composure all the time. I hired Chris to help me get out of a post DV case mess and he simply cruised through it. The outcome was successfully removing TRO, terminating probation, and getting an expungement. The attorneys I consulted before Chris all made these tasks sound impossible, and of course they still would charge you a hefty, forbidden amount of fee. Last year I got into an car accident and had a small fender bender with another car. The police were brought in, and even though it was a small accident and the passenger didn't even need a ambulance (the damages was less than $1,000 to my insurance), but because of my past the police suspected me of... being under the influence. I blew a 0.0 BAC, and I felt like passed my sobriety test (I asked them if I passed and they ignored my answer and deflected and kept asking other questions and then said they suspected me of being under the influence of drugs). I knew I was clean, I had nothing in my car, I told them I didn't wanna go but they told me if I didn't take the blood test I was gonna be an automatic fail. So my car got towed, I got taken to the local hospital and had my blood taken. I was detained overnight for a fender bender! The next day I called Chris and he assured me things were gonna be OK. I've been through this process before, and wanted to meet Chris inperson to talk over everything that happened and also my past. After we met for an hour, I was convinced Chris was the right guy for the job. He was gonna get me the best deal if it came to that, and also he was gonna fight every step of the way if it got to that point. Chris handled my DMV case (it was dropped of course I was clean), he contacted the DA about my case, and a letter was sent by the DA to both me and him the following week that my case was dropped. Most of the time my dealings with the attorney end there but not with Chris. He told me he would seal my case in a year down the line. Also 4 months after my case was dropped I got a hospital bill for my blood test. Chris also tried to talk to the hospital and get my bill dropped completely or reduced. This was all free of charge and part of the service he provided. Chris has gone above and beyond what my previous lawyers have done for me in the past. Hopefully I wont ever have to get another attorney again.... but if I do it's either gonna be Chris, or if it's not his area of expertise, then I'll hold all future lawyers to the standards that Chris has set.

Christopher Miller is an an excellent attorney who knows the law as well as how to have a great outcome for his client. He promised to do exactly what the client asks and gets it done. Being eligible for early termination on 36 months of probation, Mr. Miller prepared, filed and appeared at heari...ng at LAX Courthouse on my behalf to modify probation under Penal Code § 1203.3(a) after about one year of probation. The judge asked that he return after six more months to appear once again on the matter. Christopher Miller waited and appeared again in court and the district attorney fought to have me serve the entire 36 months. Christopher Miller argued successfully and demonstrated that I attended extra mental health counseling ( 64 hours) well above the court required 12 hours, the difficulty in acquiring full-time employment due to the background check showing a DUI. He showed that I had made a commitment to change and that the DUI was a one-time error. The judge granted the motion and probation was ended 14 months early. A couple of weeks later Christopher prepared, filed and served a petition to expunge the plea and this was also granted about two months later.
