To add insult to injury, I was charged in advance for a conference that was canceled—no refund in sight. Yet, somehow, I still received an arbitrary $200 bill. The legal assistant’s incompetence was the cherry on top. Attention to detail was nonexistent, and accountability was clearly a foreign concept to the entire team. The only silver lining? I finally found a competent lawyer. It wasn’t until I experienced real legal representation that I realized just how poorly I had been treated and how grossly incompetent this firm truly is. Do your research. Read every review like this one—although I wouldn’t be surprised if it mysteriously disappears or is met with one of the firm’s trademark snarky, defensive responses. Proceed with caution, and if you value your sanity and finances, look elsewhere.
