Anthony Kidd

Mr. Kidd began his legal career in 1993 working as Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Diego. While working for the city, Mr. Kidd prosecuted hundreds of criminal matters, including more than one hundred jury and bench trials. He also, defended the city in major civil litigation.

The firms’ practice is focused on three major areas of law. The first is Criminal Defense. We handle all types of criminal matters ranging from allegations of theft, drug sales, driving under the influence of alcohol, robbery, fraud, domestic violence, and homicide. The second area is Personal Injury including automobile accidents, trip and falls, and work related injuries. The third area is Civil Rights with an emphasis on police misconduct cases.

Mr. Kidd has been in private practice since 1998. His trial experience is extensive and includes successful jury verdicts in state and federal court in both criminal and civil matters. In addition to Mr. Kidd, the firm employs several contract attorneys who contribute their legal knowledge and expertise to the firm.
