I strive to provide each potential client the information they need to decide whether to challenge their taxes, and whether I am the right person to represent them.
Once I start working on a case, I utilize my specialized knowledge of property tax law, and other state and local tax issues, to obtain the largest tax reductions possible. In every matter, I consult with my client and keep them updated about the status of their case.
In addition, I handle a variety of other state and local tax matters, including, sales tax, documentary transfer tax, business license tax, and transient occupancy tax. I also assist clients with challenging the sale of their real property by auction at tax sales.
